Our insoles are made of cushioned foam with a castor-oil component and a top layer of wool or TENCEL™. They are softly padded and provide noticeable arch support – much more than minimalist shoes.
Depending on the model:
- Runner: ~9.6 mm drop, strongest support.
- Dasher: ~7 mm drop, medium support.
- Breezer: ~2 mm drop, very flat.
The insoles are removable, so you can use custom orthotics if needed. Many customers report that the Allbirds insoles are already supportive enough.
